We take pride in having an active role in supporting the growth and diversification of the accounting profession throughout South East Queensland.
Our Director & Founder, Jean Marc, is a member of the local committee board for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), which represents more than 135,000 financial professionals, supporting them to make a difference to the businesses, organisations and communities in which they work and live. We love discussing ways of providing mentorship to young chartered accountants and being active in the community.
We also supported members of the Australian Parliament and were actively involved in the last federal election, helping the Australian Liberal Party with various functions attended by Lucas & Co clients. For the avoidance of doubt, Jean Marc is not a member of any political party and believes that the best way to support the local community is to be connected with the MP and local councillors.
