Director & Founder
Jean Marc Li
Jean Marc has been living on the Gold Coast and Brisbane for over 20 years. He is a qualified chartered accountant, registered tax practitioner and a fellow member of the Tax Institute of Australia. He has a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) and a Masters of Professional Accounting, both from Griffith University. After completion of his university studies, he started his career at KPMG in the audit and assurance division. He has also worked as Group Accountant, Financial Reporting Manager, and Financial Controller for several ASX listed companies. The Practice has recently won as runner-up, the NAB Professional Services Awards in 2017 for the best accounting firm for Business Clients in Australia and Queensland. Jean Marc Li is also a director of AirAsia X Services Pty Ltd, a local subsidiary of the global airline, AirAsia X and acts as a local agent for other multi-national companies operating in Australia as foreign branches. Jean Marc’s expert knowledge is in financial reporting for ASX entity, accounting and process change, cash flow management, and tax advice. Jean Marc Li has a French heritage, speak and write French fluently. He also participates in cultural activities with many other communities in Brisbane.

Uli Bae
Uli has been living in Brisbane for over 20 years and is a qualified certified practicing accountant (CPA) and has over 14 years in tax and advisory for small to large corporate. She advises multi-national companies like AirAsia X on accounting and tax matters whilst maintaining a practical approach to the operational requirements of the Company. She also specialized in providing expert tax advice for practitioners in the medical industry and has several practitioners and specialists within her client base. Her expertise and focus on providing a superior client service have proven invaluable to our clients. She is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the quality process at our Company while managing our team of accountants and administrative staff. Uli’s expert knowledge is in tax advice for SME, formation, and advice on Company, Trust and Partnership structure, and implementation of the relevant accounting systems for businesses.
